About Paul Carassone

I am a Court Appointed Property Manager / Fiduciary , CEO and Co-founder, has more than 30 years of experience in the Business Community with a strong emphasis on Property Management. I developed an interest in real estate as a teenager and acquired my first property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 1985 at the age of 18. I  have extensive experience in company management and finance. For CPM, I am directly responsible for all acquisitions, sales and financial management.

I have always been a true visionary for the financial growth and long-term stability of my companies. All managed acquisitions continue to grow annually despite the current economic environment. Within the first year of ownership of all properties acquired, I’ve had the ability to reduce expenses and increase income by an average of 15%.
